Application log

Logging of LOGalyze Engine can be configured in ${LOGALYZE_HOME}/conf/log4j.conf.

You can find the application log of LOGalyze Engine in ${LOGALYZE_HOME}/logs/engine.log file and in ${LOGALYZE_HOME}/logs/logalyze.out file.

Logging of web application can be configure in ${LOGALYZE_HOME}/conf/admin/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/logging.properties.

You can find the web application log in ${LOGALYZE_HOME}/conf/admin/logs.

Common error messages

Log message:

java.sql.SQLException: Another instance of Derby may have already booted the database

Description:

Embedded Apache Derby database is open or locked. Check if another instance of the Engine is running, or the database instance was not properly unlocked during shutdown.
